Rooms and bathrooms are spotlessly clean and smell fresh. The pink hot chocolate is to DIE for. The staff is very sweet and caring. Mr. Satyen is the most charming host ever. Also it is very close to Mall perhaps 3 minutes so even location-wise it's bang on. Every time i go to Darjeeling I'm staying ONLY here!

A hillside gem with a warm vibe. Our room had 2 queen beds, 2 RESTROOMS, all the amenities, and a stunning sunrise view. The manager, Paul, answered all our touristic questions patiently. Overall, it was a cosy stay with gracious hosts, and I highly recommend it for a warm hillside retreat.

Good location, walking distance from Darjeeling Mall, we booked deluxe family room but it's not spacious enough, food quality is good but service is not so good, takes long time.

Rooms were good, service was worst. The manager was too rude. Definitely he needs to learn how to behave with his guests. Even a five year old kid knows how to talk to a person. I will suggest do not book this hotel only seeing the good photos of the rooms. At the end of the day you will regret when you won't get a good service.

We stayed there for 3 nights and it's a pleasant stay. This place is not suitable for everyone. Here are list of pros and cons which will help you to decide. Pros: Near to mall road( 3min walking) In house resturant is decent, have good food options. Price little bit on higher side but it's fine. We stayed in family suite, and the room was excellent. Interior, cleanliness all great. All the stuffs are very helpful and friendly in nature. Cons: Near to mall road but road is very stiff, not recommended for older persons. Most cars don't have permission to enter this area, so you have to be ready to walk with luggage. If the car has permission still there is no space of parking and it's very congested. To much cigarettes smoke were coming from restaurant area to our room , as the restaurant window is just below our room window. Not a good experience as we have baby with us. They need to fix it somehow . Overall highly recommend for bachelor's or couples. You will enjoy the vibe.
